I have framed O Where Are You Bound in oak from my grandparent's garden and retained all of the character in the wood, knots and all.

The surface of O Where Are You Bound has a very slight tackiness to the touch. This is due to the interminable drying time of the linseed oil that I used to varnish the painting. The painting is however dry and the the oil hardened and durable.
